01 — Legal Entity
The platform SkyscrapersInfo (the "Website") is operated by a Hong Kong limited company.
02 — Jurisdiction
The Company is incorporated in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China and is subject to the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and related subsidiary legislation, including the Companies (Disclosure of Company Name and Liability Status) Regulation (Cap. 622B).
03 — Registration Identifiers
Hong Kong introduced the Unique Business Identifier (UBI) system for companies on 27 December 2023. For companies incorporated after that date, the eight-digit Business Registration Number (BRN) issued by the Inland Revenue Department is adopted as the company's identifier in the Companies Registry and appears as the number on the Certificate of Incorporation.
For a company incorporated on or after 27 December 2023, the eight-digit Business Registration Number is adopted as the Unique Business Identifier and appears as the number on the Certificate of Incorporation; a separate Company Registration Number is not normally issued in such cases.

References to "SkyscrapersInfo", "we", "us" or "the Company" in the Website's legal documents refer to this legal entity.
Operation of the Website does not imply ownership of every asset displayed on it. Photographs, illustrations, maps, satellite imagery, datasets and other materials may be supplied by third parties under licence.
